Kristen Gratton, Administration & Development
Kristen is a Pittsburgh native, and she has the accent to prove it. She and her husband Bryan have three children...two boys, Kai and Kaden, and a girl, Mia. Kristen has a degree in missions and evangelism and enjoys helping people get connected at Discovery through our various groups and service opportunities.

Ethan Harrington, Worship Pastor
Ethan & his wife Debbie are Pennsylvania natives and graduates of the University of Pittsburgh. They have triplet toddlers (please pray for them!) and have shared in ministry with music and students for about 10 years. Ryan Phipps, Southside Campus Pastor
In the fall of 2005, Ryan joined Discovery's staff. In the fall of 2006, he and his wife, Andrea, will be pioneering a second campus for Discovery on the South Side of Pittsburgh. Ryan has been an associate pastor for 6 years in the areas of young adult ministry and worship ministry. Andrea holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. She is his better half.

Stacie is from the "frozen tundra" of Minnesota. She is a Bible College graduate & has partnered with her husband Toney in ministry for 11 years. Stacie enjoys scrapbooking, being mom to her two children Tanner and Haley, & working with families. Stacie is a gifted children's teacher & leader. You will enjoy her warm and enthusiastic personality.

Greg, better known as "Smedley", is a native of Pittsburgh and a proud Penn State graduate, where he met his wife, Devon. Greg holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and is a former Wal-Mart manager. Greg recently decided to live out his life-long dream of being involved with full-time ministry on Discovery’s staff. Jeanlynne Thomas, Office Assistant
Jeanlynne and her husband Dave Thomas (not the Wendy's guy or even related) both grew up in the PIttsburgh area. Jeanlynne and Dave have six children. In their spare time, not that they have any with six children, they like to take naps. Jeanlynne often works behind the scenes at Discovery, but if you get a chance to talk to her, she's alot of fun.
