At Discovery, our core groups offer you the chance to explore God's Word more deeply. Some groups are more topical and cover subjects like marriage, finances, sharing your faith and questions for God. Some studies focus more specifically on a book of the Bible or a passage of Scripture with the intent of learning more about the Bible and how to apply it to our lives today.

Couple's Study - 5 Love Languages

With over 80 years of marriage experience combined, Dave & Bev Speicher and Doc (Jerry) & Marty Pifer know a thing or two about marriage. They want to share with you how they have learned to survive and even thrive in the ups and downs of the marriage relationship. Through the DVD “The 5 Love Languages” and their combined wealth of experience, the Speichers and Pifers will help anyone, newlyweds to those married for 25 years, to make your marriage better. The study will be held at the new church office and will run 7 weeks. (no childcare provided)
The Reason for God

Lead Pastor Toney Salva will be leading a group at the new church office that will be discussing what we’re talking about in our next series “The Reason for God.” This group will be a pseudo-journey group that will meet for 6 weeks to talk about these questions: “Isn’t the Bible a myth?”, “Doesn’t Science disprove Christianity?” and many other difficult questions. (All Journey Groups will also be studying this same topic; no childcare provided)
Women's Study - JOHNBOY

John was the youngest disciple of Jesus. He outlived his peers. He referred to himself only as “the disciple whom Jesus loved.” Come find out what made this man and his book’s perspective about Jesus truly unique. Men's Study - Being God's Man... In Tough Times

Life is difficult and we all face tough times. This men’s Bible study on the life of David will help us look at how we handle ourselves during difficult times. The men’s study will meet at 7am at the Discovery Church Offices on Wednesday mornings for 8 weeks beginning October 12th. Jim Brethauer and Fred Cincala will be leading the study. Looking for an opportunity to connect with some other guys and talk about men’s stuff? Check out the Saturday morning Men’s study. This Saturday morning study begins October 15th at 8am at Panera in Wexford and will be led by Nick Ranjan and Chris Paylo. (no childcare provided)
